Western Union Manager, HR Technology in Denver, Colorado

Manager, HR Technology for Western Union (Denver, CO) – Provides over-sight for the development, implementation, and enhancement of HR technology systems as well as upholding strict data integrity and compliance guidelines. Lead a high performing team of highly skilled system analyst professionals in remote locations including hiring, developing, coaching, training, and resource allocation. Create an impactful vision for the Workday Support function and communicate strategy to align people, resources, and management. Build a collaborative and supporting learning environment for the team with a focus on addressing customer needs. Partner closely with HR, Finance/Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Legal teams to design, implement, and/or improve various new and existing configuration including business processes. Engage the team in our change management strategy including training and communication. Collaborate with other teams to execute the annual compensation planning and performance management processes. Proactively establish relationships across business units to understand strategies and business needs. Provide subject matter expertise to HR and end users for Workday functionality and increasing Workday adoption. Partner with business units to ensure adherence to compliance and legal requirements, policies and procedures. Ensure SLAs are being monitored and revised to meet or exceed in alignment with our customer centricity model. Review and recommend configuration, documentation, testing and implementation of Workday HRIS modules and upgrades. Collaborates with functional and technical team members to execute.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar field; and 2 years experience (or 4 years with no degree) as a Supervisor, Lead Coach, Analyst, or related occupation, which must include some experience with: Human resources information systems application strategy, development and support (HCM, HRIS, ATS); Configuration & plan development in Workday, including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation Management, Merit Planning, Recruiting and Workforce Planning; Workday Community, Workday Customer Center and Workday LMS; Compliance including Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering; SOX, GDPR and other int’l privacy regulations; and Workday security, including planning, implementing and maintaining security guidelines to support HR business model and alignment with audit requirements.
