Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
You will be counted on as a key contributor for its US Payments product team helping drive our go to market strategy. You will work with the leader of the US Payments business as well as the overall product & marketing team to develop and implement key go to market strategies that will help maximize Western Union’s revenue in the domestic payments market.
You will have experience in the payments space including previous experience with go to market efforts. You will gather market feedback, document bill payment requirements, conduct competitive analysis, and outline key value proposition options to develop comprehensive go to market strategies around multiple vertical segments. In addition, you will collaborate with a variety of departments including operations, finance, legal, compliance and marketing to ensure annual KPIs are achieved.
To be successful in the role, you will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, along with 4-6 years of previous product management/go to market experience. You will also have experience in leading the development of go to market strategies to ensure successful achievement of key performance indicators annually.
You are detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and results-driven approach, as well as, proven discipline, drive for results, and ability to make commercial decisions. Lastly, you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work remotely.
