Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking to you to be the subject matter expert as a Senior Applications Architect for our continuously evolving Anti Money Laundering (AML) Compliance systems. You will design products and services that address the needs of the future. You will be working on systems that need to be highly performant, operationally efficient and data centric. You will ensure collaboration across a multiple of disciplines and provide support to individuals through your technical mentorship. You will be working alongside our Product Managers, Product Owners and Engineering Team, and will help shape the product roadmap, solve problems at scale and consistently maintain empathy towards the needs of our users. You are an experienced architect who demonstrates an enterprise mindset, a passion for customers, a lean-agile leadership and an innovation enabler.

For this role you will need 10+ years of experience in Software engineering and a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. You will have excellent knowledge of database concepts including data modeling for Relational Databases, NoSQL and Big Data Technologies. You will have a thorough understanding of Application Security Models. You will have Web development experience using AngularJS, Bootstrap with Typescript, HTML5. You will have a strong background in Microservices, REST Services (API Design) or Web API development with knowledge of JAVA with Springboot. You’ll have experience working in an Agile environment and experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) is preferred. You will have experience in implementing DevOps and exposure to all DevOps areas such as Source Control, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Infra Automation and AWS Cloud is must. You will have experienced in cloud native technologies and will use your understanding to define the approach and execute on migrating our critical monolithic compliance systems to become a cloud enabled Microservices ecosystem.
